International Open Call for Tenders - Contract notice for the construction of main civil registry centres with citizen's offices and secondary civil registry centres in the Savanes and Kara regions

The West African Development Bank (BOAD) publish an international open tender for the construction of main and secondary civil registry centers in Togo’s Savanes and Kara regions. The project includes 16 main centers with citizen service offices and 53 secondary centers, covering preparatory works, masonry, roofing, plumbing, electricity, and finishing. This initiative aims to improve civil registry infrastructure in northern Togo.
