ARAB BANK FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN AFRICA (BADEA)

BADEA is a financial institution financed by the member states of the League of Arab States (LAS), which signed the Agreement establishing the Bank on February 18, 1974. It is an autonomous international institution with full legal and international personality, and administrative and financial autonomy. It is governed by the provisions of the founding agreement and by the principles of international law.
