AVOIRS FREEZE

Blocking of a person’s assets, held by a financial institution or any other person subject to the system (insurer, gaming or betting operator, regulated profession (lawyer, notary, etc.) decided by Community or French regulations. This order covers all or part of the assets or resources held in the name of the person concerned by the freeze.
