CAISSE RÉGIONALE DE REFINANCEMENT HYPOTHÉCAIRE DE L’UEMOA (CRRH)

CRRH-UEMOA is one of the fruits of the cooperation initiated in 2005 by the Banque Centrale des Etats de l’Afrique de l’Ouest (BCEAO), the Banque Ouest Africaine de Développement (BOAD) and the Conseil Régional de l’Epargne Publique et des Marchés Financiers (CREPMF) to set up a mortgage market in UEMOA countries. Its mission is to provide UEMOA credit institutions that are its shareholders with long-term resources to refinance mortgage loans granted to their customers, by mobilizing these resources on the Union’s financial market or with development partners.
