COMPARATIVE EVALUATION

In the case of PPPs, this is an analysis comparing the different methods of carrying out a project under a Public-Private Partnership (concession, affermage, régie intéressée and PPP with public payment) with carrying out the same project under a public works contract (MOP), in order to determine which offers the most favorable balance of advantages and disadvantages for the public entity.
