VOLUNTARY TRANSFER

An assignment on salary is a voluntary act by the employee authorizing a bank or credit institution to deduct all or part of a monthly loan repayment directly from his or her salary. An employee borrowing a loan can ask his employer to deduct the monthly repayment directly from his salary and pay it to the creditor.
