The WADB is committed to working alongside its member states in view of the significant financing needs and urgent nature of the actions required to combat climate change and its harmful effects. It continues to work towards accelerating their adaptation to climate change by integrating the origination of climate projects into development priorities.
Given the importance of this annual meeting of the climate ecosystem, the Bank’s delegation is led by its Chairman, Serge EKUE. He will speak at a press conference on December 4, 2023, in particular to present the actions undertaken by the institution and the prospects and levers for the coming years.
In Pavilion 32, located in zone B3 of the Blue zone, the BOAD Pavilion will host more than thirty activities and signing ceremonies with the institution’s partners, including the launch of the “Assiganmé” marketplace scheduled for December 4, 2023, starting at 10 a.m., and that of the Fonds d’Etudes Climat.
