Blaise Diagne International Airport (AIBD) is a major airport located in Diass, some 47 kilometers east of Dakar, the capital of Senegal. The airport construction project was an important initiative to modernize the country’s airport infrastructure and boost the region’s economic development.

It features runways, passenger terminals, cargo areas, customs and immigration facilities, as well as facilities for the efficient handling of passengers and cargo.
