The construction of a logistics platform for the Grand Nokoué agri-food cluster in Abomey-Calavi, Benin, is an infrastructure project designed to support the development of the agri-food sector in the region by providing modern facilities for the storage, processing and distribution of agricultural products.
Objectives : The main aim of the project is to strengthen the agricultural value chain by facilitating the efficient storage, processing and distribution of agricultural products. This helps to reduce post-harvest losses, improve product quality and boost farmers’ incomes.
Strategic location: Abomey-Calavi is located in the Grand Nokoué region, an important agricultural area in Benin. The location of the logistics platform is strategic, as it is close to agricultural production areas, enabling fast, efficient transport of agricultural produce to the platform.

- Local banks: 65,000 MFCFA (60%)
- Beninese government: 23,912 MFCFA (22%).
